Freda is very important to us all it is going strong even 10 years on.

 Welcome ladies and gentlemen and the Freda fighters that follow and read my blog it means the world to me. I know that my blog is about human rights and people learning disability and auitsm. 

We all stand together with Ukraine and with them and be strong has one. I feel that it is unfair that Russia can be so hostile to it is neighbours. Everyone has the right of life and education and healthcare. Because that is show important on every level.

When a GP retires it is a big change to everyone at surgery with especially with someone with disabilities or dementia to accept because it takes us longer to process because in the way our brain are. Because we need extra input of our gp to explain without jargon and for to be able to open up about our health. 

I feel very strongly yellow signs are right step forward dental hospital which special dentist service have them in place they have the television off for a relax and sensory input which makes waiting area more calm. X ray I absolutely noticed that yellow sign was a bit faded which was nice to see. The dental nurses and learning disability nurses work by side of one another same with Dentist they took more time to explain things to me and felt so welcome not a burden.

Hospitals needs to check on the patients with learning disabilities and dementia and of other types of disabilities because we might not be able to talk or walk we might need more help than general population and just take the time to explain things in a different way to us. We would like quiet area or sensory area were we can be relaxed so our parents or support staff.  Allow us more time to communicate our worries and concerns to you. We are people too.

Health of community of Autism

Welcome ladies and gentlemen of the freda fighters: I would like to say big thank you Sara and Liam who runs a great group on Facebook for people with autism because she very valuable  to the community has a whole, a place where we can feel safe and also parents can ask questions and gives then insight to autism too. I have also want to point out to you that people who are different and unique don't need any more cuts to services because your causing isolated in most cases and your stop us live independent too and for full living lives. I have a got a idea which want to share with you online. People need to get their head autism in modern day healthcare because we do want to be treated with respect and dignity shown to us. We don't want to be shouted at because we are asking questions how we have to wait. I can suggest to the world that quiet space were sensory input would appreciate.
