 Our human rights are very important to everyone in the world.   We everyone to take climate change very seriously because we all live on planet earth think about animals that are coming extinct they rights too. Everyone has right life regardless of age race sex disability. We need to be taken seriously because our lives are important the right everyone private life and family life. Some of us need support with mental health and physical health and everyone has right to healthcare. Everyone need to be offer COVID 19 vaccine. Regardless of ethics. F fairness  R respect  E equality  D dignity  A personal choice  All governments around be kind to us all.

A postive a experience when had my covid 19 jab at north park in bootle. They where understand my auitsm and learning disability and felt confornate both times they where the same. I always remember my five key fairness respect equality dignity automony i scored 10 of 10. We are all fifferent and come away and think where they helpful to us or being kindness of the heart/ 10 years ago that freda fighters was started has a speaking up for self group and from that i took to writing this blog because it was very important to me. 

 Welcome to ladies and gentlemen of freda fighters, freda stands for fairness respect equality dignity autonomy. We have campaigned on behalf people with learning disability we should prioritise for coronavirus  vaccine this should happen in every country in the world. Be kind to everyone you meet because they will try understand your needs and listen to our views. The signs in hospitals do need to improve.   Everyone in the world has right health care, regardless age of race.
