 Welcome ladies and gentlemen of Freda fighters and our worldwide community. It has been 11 years since started to write this blog.  I still think we are being listened to regardless of age race disability or gender.  I am finding some information isn’t accessible to us because we wouldn’t understand, they say the adapter for us to understand and they don’t.  In this school with special needs Education and health plan in place for pirmary and secondary and partents are not being listen too or they 1st choice of school. Everyone has the right to education. Life for living Sefton they are small charity they do parents group and people for auitsm and adhd or both together they run groups for adults.  Fairness\ Respect  Equality  Dignity  Automony  We need to keep on fighting for our rights not sit still. Because they promise and never follow through. Funding being cut.

We all need support from time to time and has starting to do is speaking up and not being push to a side because our own country.  The last four weeks lovely group of ladies adhd and auitsm and we feel apart group like a team. I think of the people in Gaza that need help to get food to them and urkanie and other apart of world. In the uk that is making disabled people angry is the welfare reforms that our prime minister wants go a head with such unfair on sort many levels. Think about dignity and respect.

 The uk government want to make us their espace goats to balance their books. I suffer with really bad anxiety and mental health issues and auitsm and dyslexia that are moderated. I will always need support from my family with daily tasks. These welfare reforms are damaging to us you take our inpedent away. All of us feel second class citizens because you make us feel that.  We don’t go out of houses because of the bully’s in society that don’t listen to us anyway. Our healthcare system he be look at again. We want doctors that listen to concerns not brush them a side you said this that to them. Our nurses are not being listened too because they have long covid or psd we don’t want them to suffer. Go after the people who cheat the system. Ten years on we are not being consulted on.  Our NHS needs you to be patient my recent experience of going to aintree was a little anixous waiting to see the doctor we wait for a hour in waiting room.
